Is MrLoot legit? Shipping, fairness and crypto swaps

The pack ripping site that actually gives a damn about your stuff. Here's how to check that we mean it.

Is MrLoot legit? We'd ask too. You open a box, the item lands in your inventory, and it's yours: ship it, swap it for crypto, or trade it for Looties. Drop rates are on every box before you open. New here? Your first 3 opens are free.

MrLoot, also written Mr Loot, is run by Millerdale & Kingston Ventures LTD in Cyprus and has shipped orders since December 2024. We wrote this page, so wherever we can, we show you how to check it yourself.

Does MrLoot really ship the items?

Yes. Every one of them. Your item waits in your inventory until you order it. We process the order within three business days, then:

OptionDelivery after processingCost
Standard7 to 14 daysFree on most orders over $50, otherwise $10.90
Express3 to 7 daysExtra fee, shown before you confirm

Tracking shows up in My Orders once the parcel leaves. For some countries we prepay import fees at checkout, so nothing is due at your door. Everywhere else your country may charge duties on delivery, and those are on you. We always declare the item's value plus shipping. All countries and fees are on the shipping page.

How do I know the drop rates are real?

Drop rates before you open. Wild concept, we know.

Every box page lists each item, its value and its drop rate. Items are grouped by rarity, and each group shows its combined rate. Here's a live one:

The item list of the Pikachu Parade box with drop rates and values
Each card shows its drop rate at the top right and its value at the bottom. The tabs show the combined drop rate of each rarity group.

How can I check my opens?

Every open is decided by three things: our server seed, your own client seed and the open number (the nonce). You can reveal the server seed at any time, and you then get a new one for your next opens. Put all three through SHA-256, and you get the ticket that picked your item.

Here's one open, worked through with the same code the box uses:

You can check your own opens the same way on the provably fair page, or paste the numbers into any SHA-256 tool.

Can I try MrLoot before I pay?

Yes. Verify your email and you get 3 free opens. Pick the welcome boxes you want, in any mix. No purchase needed. Same boxes, same drop rates, same inventory as everyone else.

Can I swap items for crypto?

Yes, instead of shipping them. The rules are the same for everyone:

  • Only unboxed items can be swapped. Looties you bought never turn into crypto or money.
  • Your ID check must be done, and the wallet must be your own and verified.
  • The items you pick must be worth at least $50 together.
  • You see the network fee before you confirm.
  • Some bonuses must be used on boxes first. If one applies, the remaining amount shows when you try.

Most swaps go out within minutes: in the last 90 days, 98% were sent within an hour. A larger swap may be checked by hand first, which takes longer.

When does MrLoot ask for ID?

Before any crypto swap, and before you redeem items worth more than $500 in total. Sumsub (Sum and Substance Ltd) runs the checks. We may also ask at other times under our AML policy, for example to confirm who owns a payment method. A check can include a government ID, proof of address and a short selfie video.

What if an item arrives damaged, or I want a refund?

Damaged or faulty? Tell support within 14 days of delivery and we refund or replace it. If we need it back, the return is on us. Credit you bought yourself and haven't spent, without bonuses, can go back to your original payment method as a goodwill refund. Talk to support before you dispute a charge with your bank. We answer refund requests within 7 business days. Details: Refund Policy.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, some local methods, certain cryptocurrencies and MrLoot gift cards, depending on your country. Card payments show as MRLOOT.COM on your statement.
